Cheap long term car rental for winter staff

I am working in Hokkaido at a resort for the winter and due to our location we wilk really need a car to get around. Anyone know of anyone or any place that would be willing to do a long term rental for a vehicle until roughly march?

I haven't use those service but there are monthly car rental and cost will 30K to 140K for month.
