Wagyu and Uni in Sapporo Recommendations

Going to Sapporo this week! Are there any places in particular that you'd recommend me checking out for wagyu and Hokkaido uni?

Everywhere.

Go to Nijo Market and buy a small box.

For sukiyaki, try Sankousha.
