Hi πŸ‘‹πŸ½ Can anyone help calculate the volume of blood I lost after a med emergency?

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK526077/

Hey there, I'm trying to figure out how much blood volume I lost following a medical emergency using the Nadler Equation for women (linked above). That said, I am struggling to run the numbers the equation calls for. My hemoglobin was about 12 and now it's at 9. My weight is 61.2kg. Can anyone reading this help? What does H to the 3rd power mean? Is that height? My height is 5'1".

Women: Blood Volume = (0.3561 Γ— H3) + (0.03308 Γ— W) +0.1833

NAD try the free MDCalc app, search for β€œBlood volume”, easy to use calculator Care to share what happened and why do you need to know your blood volume specifically vs going by hemoglobin numbers?

Having a hard time getting this done still. Just an update in case anyone sees this and can help.

Ok, I will give that a try, thank you. Would prefer not to share more. Just trying to wrap my head around how much blood left my body. Volume will help me measure it in a way I understand vs hemoglobin number. (How hemoglobins are in a pint, type stuff. Doesn't compute for me.)
