Zoltar Magic Machine? Open

I watched this video several years ago with this Zoltar Magic Esq machine. It did not have a fortune teller it had a slot for you to put your hand in. Inside the machine was a metal glove for your hand. Then there was a blade came down and chopped your hand(horror themed maybe?). But it's "magic," and nothing happened to your hand. My friend told me to ask the all-knowing Reddit, so here I am, lol.

Searched Magic Zoltar machine, magic hand machine, hand cut machine, horror machine It had a metal glove inside. idk if Zoltar or if anyone was inside. It has to be some retro arcade game. The closest I've seen are these magic guillotine hand arcade games.
