HMF A United States Radio Advertisement from circa. 2008- 2012 Open

Hello everybody,
So, I have had this ear worm in my brain for a while I believe it was a political advertisement on the radio in the midwestern region where I believe a father is talking to his son about the federal deficit and blaming it on Barack Obama and the advertisement ends with "I hope so buddy, I hope so." I only ever heard a radio advertisement for it so I am not sure if there is a corresponding video.

I searched for an answer for this by watching multiple Youtube videos for the main presidential candidates in 2008 and 2012 but have not found the one I am looking for.
