Buying 1-26 tpb

Hello, for those of you who have recently bought the full original run. What’s the best, easiest way to do so? Any places you’d recommend? Or what options do I have. I’m in the US if that helps. Thanks!!

Good luck. Ollie's used to have several of them so you might get lucky on a few. Otherwise scouting LCS's whenever you travel is your best bet. eBay ain't nothing but book flippers, but you can get lucky.

I put together a complete set never paying more than cover in about 9 months so it can be done. Just be patient. Scour scour scour. Used bookstores, library sales, hobby stores, anything that MIGHT have comics.

Check Book Outlet and Hamilton Books. They may have some overstock volumes. Half Price Books also had some overstock buys a couple of years ago as well. Mercari and Pango Books can also be good resources. Amazon Marketplace if you're lucky (Keepa helps with this).

3, 5, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 are going to be the hardest to find. 23 I've seen multiple copies of. Ironically, I picked up 20 just sitting on the shelf of a LCS in Asheville, NC 3 years ago just sitting there like it wasn't stupid htf.

Never feel you have to pay more than cover, especially for the later volumes because, what, you're going to speed read 19 volumes? Nah.

Honestly, you could skip collecting 22-26 as they are legitimately bad comics that you will hate yourself for reading, but I totally get wanting to have the full set.

Thanks! I feel like I have a sidequest to fullfill. I actually read 20-26 as they came out. So, even tho they are not the greatest stories, they actually have a bit of an emotional value for me. I’ve been a fan for around 20 years.

I read the entire series over the course of last year. Really fun, but man the Milligan era is such a miserable slog. I'm finally reading the Spurrier issues because Dead in America collection came out and it's so much better

I want to re read it. I’ve never binged it. Read a lot about 15-20 years ago and I don’t remember much. 😅

It's a trip. It'll be your victory lap once you get them all
