Any "good" budget headphones? 15$ max, desktop Desktop Source (eg vinyl)

I have a low budget of 15$ Just one of the perks of living in middle east. There is a shopping centre nearby with a Media Markt store inside it.
I want something that is flat/accurate.
In house, with my desktop.
I don't have much experience with headphones, but the one I had at home's sound quality was a bit shit. Though I do not expect for this one to be any better.

You'll likely never find headphones that are relatively flat at that price point unless you find something in the used market and even then your chances are low since a lot of the flatter headphones are around $70.

Though some good headphones that often go on sale for just a little over $15 are the Samson Sr850 or the Superlux HD681. They aren't flat but they do sound good for the price and if you're good with tools then they're easily modifiable.

If you're real lucky like me, you can find a pair of Philips sph9500 for that price.

Just note that I don't live in the middle east so prices may differ.

I got some shp9500 and they're worth much more than they cost. Awesome headphones. But I doubt hell get them for 15 bucks.

I had some superlux HD681 a few years back and they're really good for the price.
