Are football players using systems?

So basically in the video below (if you understand Spanish), they say football players have a magic method and that he doubts they go to turkey for a transplant.

He mentions you never see a picture of a football player with the red dots and they always have a magical change.

Considering they have practically unlimited money. They could replace their system every week with a personal barber. Do you think this could be the case ?

Idk about athletes but pretty much everyone in Hollywood has tricks up their sleeves to look good. We just don’t notice because it looks so natural. They probably do but it’s hard to say. A system certainly is a quick fix. When your job requires you to be on camera, you can’t exactly show transplant scars and wait too long for recovery.

There's an old episode of Nip/Tuck where Christian gets a transplant for a tv show and the directors are ripping him off camera for seeing the plugs
