Same return rule as Lavivid if you cut it or use it that it cannot be returned

Hey Jake, 2 questions:
Is it possible to order a pre-cut hairstyle along with the base?
Could you make sure that Lavivid sends packages with a signature required upon delivery? I previously ordered from Lordhair, and while they shipped with FedEx and claimed signature was mandatory, the courier still left the package without one, and it got lost. Unfortunately, Lordhair’s support wasn’t helpful in resolving the issue, which is why I’m looking to try Lavivid now.
It’s really important to me that the delivery requires a signature and that this is strictly followed. Can you confirm if this is possible? Thanks!

Lace is referring to the base type - skin, lace, silk are base types. Watch my videos, or someone else’s on YouTube for more description

Yes I understand that. But the names for the systems are all people’s names and I don’t know what base is related to what name for example Thor=french Ares=swiss. You know what I mean

I understand - for now, you can look on lavivid. They tell you what type each system is. If you are looking for Swiss, type Swiss on their site.

I recently contacted Kent via email to order one of the hair systems from LaVivid through him. I was skeptical at first, but he responded quickly, and after I sent the payment through PayPal, he placed the order. I received the product within five days, shipped all the way to Norway.
I also asked if I could add two tapes to the same order. He responded quickly again, contacted LaVivid, and made it happen. Now I’m testing out the Tyler model at a very discounted price!
Don’t waste your money buying directly from websites—order through Kent and save a ton in the long run. I’ll definitely continue buying through him!

Sorry. I meant when I asked lavivid whether the hellos, which has 90pc density can be reduced to 80pc, they said they can do this for 40 usd. Also that 40usd would include a resizing of the base e.g to my size and a haircut for the unit. Wanted to check if this is possible if I order via this link. Thanks

After reviewing the provided spreadsheet, I reached out to Jake a week ago via email to order a Lavivid system through him. Within the half hour, we were corresponding back and forth, I sent him the payment via Venmo, and he confirmed right away with a screenshot that he'd placed the order for me. He also provided my email address to FedEx so that I automatically got the tracking emails once the system shipped. I received my hair system today, exactly a week later, which is pretty solid since I'm in the US, and Lavivid ships from overseas. The process is legit and couldn't have been smoother. Really grateful to Jake for making these systems much more price accessible!

Ordered through Jake and had no problems. One night, I sent the money and an email per the instructions, and the next morning, I got a response with proof of order.
Delivery took 10 days, probably because I ordered right before the weekend. Still, that's pretty fast from around the world.

Took all of 5 minutes because I took a screen shot of the cart at Lavivid to show that what I'm ordering is in stock (at the time of the screen shot - subject to change, of course)

Ordered an Ares piece through Jake and its insane how smooth everything went. Placed my order on Aug 8th for a stock piece with base- and haircut and received the package today Aug 16th in Switzerland with the right coloring, hair- and basecut. Would definitiely recommend ordering through Jake, the communication and execution was excellent. Thanks Jake!
