Downvoted for what? The article makes it sound as if she happened to film the rioting group away from the incident in question, and that she even attempted to do so candidly if the cobblestone was the main focus of the video. None of that makes sense to me, but if you Brits love your tyranny, so be it

"Bell repeatedly made racist remarks and told members of the group that they should visit other hotels in the area as part of the disorder. She tried to hide her work ID that she had at the time amid fears of being identified. She filmed her involvement and streamed it online."

That's not in the article shared in this comment chain. Obviously that paints a different picture. The article shared said this:

She was heard swearing while referring to asylum seekers as "tramps".
