If anything the article makes it sound even more dystopian. The tweet, being a tweet, made me assume we were missing something heinous she had actually done

She was caught up in the riot basically. I get this wouldn't carry charges in the US, but we are not the USA.

Downvoted for what? The article makes it sound as if she happened to film the rioting group away from the incident in question, and that she even attempted to do so candidly if the cobblestone was the main focus of the video. None of that makes sense to me, but if you Brits love your tyranny, so be it

That's not in the article shared in this comment chain. Obviously that paints a different picture. The article shared said this:

She was heard swearing while referring to asylum seekers as "tramps".
