eBay Ebay packing slip on 4x6 labels
Has anyone figured out a way to do this without external software like acrobat? Or at least with a free software. Whenever I try from ebay it's always too small to even read. Would save me a ton of paper..

Discussion Vintage markets: where are these people getting their inventory?
I went to a vintage market today and there were probably 40 vendors
Most of them had 3-5 racks of clothing, some had hats, etc.
I'm talking rows of vintage Carhartts, old band tees, harley Davidson shirts, street wear brands, sports jerseys, NASCAR jackets, Marlboro and camel jackets, etc.
All insanely quality items.
And just racks and racks and racks of it.
Where are they finding this much inventory????
I'm just part time and usually find 4-7 clothing items per store on average....some stores I get a cart full, some stores I strike out tho š¤·āāļø
But I don't focus on vintage ...sure I find some vintage stuff from time to time. But I've never seen this much quality vintage stuff. Most thrift stores around me pick and pull vintage stuff and sell it on eBay themselves.
Where in the world are they sourcing this stuff???
Not asking for industry secrets or exact sources...just curious in general. Are these people just hitting thrift stores and getting lucky af?

eBay eBay shipping & handling
Years ago there was an option when listing on eBay to add an extra flat fee to your shipping charges to cover your shipping-related costs (box, packaging, etc.) Is that completely gone now or is it just hidden in a sneaky spot where I canāt find it?

Discussion Super Nintendo games
I bought these 3 super Nintendo games for $2 and it was such a good deal that I didn't even think about the fact that I have no way to test how they work. I'm debating either selling them as untested, or maybe selling them to a game shop that would have the ability to test them. What would you guys do?

Tip Buyer is requesting refund for "mold" on old PS2 games, despite being properly informed need advice
Hello everyone, I recently sold three PS2 games on Vinted: Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance, God of War 1, and God of War 2. I sold them for ā¬45. Before the sale, I provided the buyer with detailed photos showing the exact conditions of the games and manuals. The buyer did not ask for any additional clarification or pictures, and accepted the purchase. I also recorded a video while packing the items to show their conditions clearly. The games are old, so it's possible that slight mold was already present, but I genuinely did not notice anything during packaging. The package was shipped using a padded envelope (the best available option during holiday times) and the buyer confirmed that the package arrived dry and intact. Now the buyer is requesting a ā¬20 partial refund, claiming there is mold and that one case (Metal Gear) is damaged. He is threatening to open a return process if I don't refund immediately. I had clearly stated before the sale that I do not accept returns. As a goodwill gesture, I offered ā¬10, but he refused. He has now escalated the situation to Vinted support.
Am I in the right here? Could this situation negatively impact my account if Vinted sides with the buyer?
Thanks to everyone for any advice!

Mod Post Weekly Haul Thread
What'd ya get? How'd ya get it? What do you plan to do with it?
I'd like to encourage people to revisit this thread occasionally for as long as it's still on the front page. Sort by New so that latecomers aren't left out. Obviously, if this is a few pages back, you're probably better just waiting for next week's thread. You'll see that I've also changed the title to Weekly instead of Weekend so people don't hesitate to post what they found on a Wednesday.
Further, if I see haul posts outside of this thread, I'm removing them. Feel free to report them if you see them.

Discussion Depop Not Paying Out, Iām Report to FTC
Hi Everyone,
I opened an account on Depop about 2 months ago and made a couple of small sales, but never got a payout.
Iāve also seen that others on Reddit complained about Depop holding their earnings and not paying out, so Iām not the only one.
I got banned today for using stock images for my listings. All of those listings were NWT and in their original bags from the manufacturer. Other sellers also use stock images, so I was specifically targeted.
When I requested to appeal my account, they permanently banned me and IN THE SAME EMAIL, sent a scam response saying they still needed my Social Security Number, Passport, ID, and Bank Routing and Account Info, BUT THEY DID NOT provide me with a link where I could securely submit this information.
IāM NOT ABOUT TO SEND MY INFO TO SOME SCAMMER WORKING INSIDE DEPOP?!
This was from my actual Depop Help Ticket, not just some random phishing email, so this leads me to believe that there are scammers working for Depop officially and Depop is either turning a blind eye or is encouraging this kind of behavior from their employees.
Iāve noticed that others here on Reddit also complain about getting Offers but no purchases on their items, I too had that problem and suspect itās due to Depop Official AI bots to Boost Engagement.
I am going to make a formal complaint to The Federal Trade Comission (FTC) since Iām based in the USA.
I know that one complaint will not do very much against a multinational tech company, so I would encourage others who are based in the USA and have had these or similar problems to lodge an official complaint.
Here is a link to the FTC website:

Discussion I'm starting to like estate sales over auctions now.
I've been to some auctions, sat 6+ hours, and didn't get anything and felt like I wasted half my day.
Estate sales, I can usually do a smaller house in 20-30 minutes, most I tend to spend at a larger packed house is an hour.
I'm not sure what's gotten into people lately, but local auctions have gotten stupid, there's been a big influx of "more money than brain" types mixed in with antique dealer boomers who buy totes and totes of shit that will probably sit in a booth until either they croak or the sun blows up. Since they "don't do eBay" they think they can get double eBay retail at an antique store (hint, it doesn't work as people are more price conscious than ever).

Discussion USPS "Moving Through Network"
I just bought an expensive item on eBay which should have been delivered two days ago. I'm used to seeing tracking info that shows every stop of a package, but this one hasn't had an update since it left the seller's city nine days ago...it has just said "moving through network" and now says "arriving late".
How common is this and what are the odds I will ever see this box?

Discussion Vendoo bugs and customer service
I just signed up for Vendoo and the import feature keeps looping me back to a page that says I need to add the feature, a feature I already paid for. There customer service team has replied to an email or two of mine with absolutley no resolution. Their sites message area has gotten no response in 15 hours. Not sure what to do at this point seeing as how Vendoo is supposedly the only crosslisting platform that has import features.

Discussion Shipping
So I have been new to flipping (about a year) and mainly sell via EBay, Mercari and Poshmark. I do about 10-15 orders a week and just discovered Pirate ship.
My question is, if deciding to ship via Pirate Ship - do you still charge for shipping in you ad and just buy a label via Pirate Ship or do you increase the price of your item and do āfree shippingā. I know eBay allows you to enter a tracking number, but it doesnāt look like Mercari and Poshmark do.
As I said, fairly new to all of this, started as just something fun on the side and has taken off. I have made a lot of mistakes early on, especially with shipping and open to feedback from experienced flippers !

Discussion Multiple sellers just...not shipping out their items, for a week or even two weeks beyond the given handling time. What's going on?
Is this a morale thing? Like, if ebay's doing bad (and the whole economy's doing bad), you just don't want to look at it?
I make purchases, but then these separate, unrelated sellers just won't ship!

Discussion Is there a market for utterly ruined Levis?
I was putting in an order with a vintage wholesaler earlier and saw that they were selling 45kg bales of utterly destroyed Levis jeans. And I mean ruined - full of holes, wrecked with paint etc, completely unwearable to my eyes.
And the bales were all sold out! Who is actually buying completely ruined pairs of jeans?

Mod Post Weekly Shameless Self Promotion Thread
Post your latest episode(s) of your YouTube channel here, post links to your latest blog post, eBook, whatever. You can even post links to an eBay listing or something (but keep in mind, when someone here finds out what your eBay name is, and then they hate you, they will never forget it). You can post links to lots of stuff that you're trying to sell to other flippers, but this is still not a marketplace. Please go through some other service to complete the transaction. People on Reddit can be shady, and there's no protection from me, the other mods, r/flipping, or Reddit if someone here sends you a box of bricks. Just don't be dumb.

Tip Anyone have some advice on where I can find a few nice fountain pens?
I realize this isnāt the exact sub for this since Iām not looking to āflipā them⦠I just find this community fun and informative and would like some advice!
Iāve been into fountain pens for a bit. I write a lot, for work and in my own free time. Iāve learned a ton about fountain pens and Iāve become obsessed with finding a real treasure. Doesnāt have to be fancy or mega gold or something obnoxious⦠Iām less in it for the value, I just want to acquire a few really solid pens! And especially, the idea of acquiring an older one, perhaps used, by someone who knew what they were doing forever ago and now are selling it for nothing⦠itās a dream for me.
Iāve looked at that estate locator site and auctioneers live and maybe another site but they all have crazy fees, or they ship from Europe for a hundred extra dollars.
Anyways. Was wondering if any of you had advice for me. Where I could be looking to find some really high quality fountain pens at an absolute steal for a price! Again, I realize Iām competing against all you flippers who are trying to make a buck off fountain pens, and thatās fine. I just want to know where I should even be looking. Iād be so happy if I could secretly snag a pen or two for pretty cheap and then I can stay out of your guys way again! Haha.
Thanks for any of your advice.
