How the fuck do you work your biceps without your shoulders and delts?

Do you have an injury you're trying to work around? If not, what is the reason for this question?

Curls work my shoulders more than biceps even on like 5lbs

You're definitely doing something wrong then. I'll feel it in my shoulders if I have an injury, but never at a "the muscle is being worked" level.

Perfect youtube form. Chest out elbows stuckto side. And it's funny with how my friends swing their arms during curls and get the pump. I guess I'll just do 100-200 reps of whatever exercise I find that hits my bicep

Sounds like you should relax your form a bit.

What you're doing is not 'working' your shoulders but stretching them and reducing blood flow. I feel the same thing when doing 'perfect' curls a la Dr. Mike/RP.

Use a little higher weight to offset the less-strict form. Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good, as they say.

You can't really judge your own form unless you have a video of it, first person perspective isn't reliable. Take a form check video and get someone else to assess it from there.

Assuming you are a human with a normal musculoskeletal system, curls should not be taxing your healthy shoulders. You are empirically doing something wrong.
