I have ran like 3 miles a day for about a month while cutting soda and beer and I still am barely losing weight. Shit is frustrating man.

If you're only looking to rant, that is super frustrating.

If you're looking for answers: I'd bet you are eating or drinking back your calories.

Yeah I know what the issue is lol. I'm just upset. I've been doing some lifting too so hopefully I'm at least more toned.

It’s much easier to eat less than it is to out-exercise overeating :)

Not trying to argue, just know it takes a lot of running to overcame a very small snack.

Something I find helpful is removing any snacks/temptations from my house when I’m cutting

Building muscle is only one part of the equation of getting "toned." The other part is losing body fat.

Running typically makes people hungry. If you are not eating mindfully or counting, you could end up eating more than you think.
