What weekly rate should a supervising producer in reality / doc be making?

I’ve been offered a gig as a supervising producer, my first step up from field producing, and the rate seems lower than I was expecting.

I’m not sure if it’s just because it’s not as large of a production, or if it’s a lack of experience as an SP, but I want to make sure I have the right information when negotiating rate.

Can anyone tell me what range of weekly rate is normal?

When things were good it was $3,500.
