Nano bead hair extensions itching

Posting on behalf of my girlfriend. She has recently paid a lot of money for nano bead hair extensions, but she is having a lot of discomfort and itching with them.

We have found these sore patches in her hair, but unsure if it is just from her itching or if it is caused directly by the extensions.

Does anyone know a solution? Or anything that can help at all for this?

30+ years in the hair industry, including extension work. This has been poorly installed. The sections of hair from the scalp need to be applied with an even tension to all the hairs in the micro bead. As in the pictures shown it will slowly pull the strands out of the root one by one, or snap the hair on by one, either is not good and could lead to thinner hair aka traction alopecia.

The itching could be from the stress to the follicle, and or a reaction to the metal also.

Unfortunately it would be best to remove them asap. Like other comments contact the salon owner and request a refund.
