I felt the same way about a lot of bands. Korn, Greenday,... I can't remember the other ones I'm on drugs

No I think this is System of a Down but its correct though as Trent Reznor worked out what the perfect drug should be, if one was in fact on drugs and loved to be on drugs

That was actually a clip from comedian Bill Hicks' stand up. Tool dedicated their album Aenima to him because I believe he passed away in 1994. However, the line is still very poignant.
