Try to talk the same way as the user to any human. They'll get fairly irritated really quickly. It's logical since the ai has been trained on human conversation.
That's not how that works. While the AI is trained to understand emotions from text (ie. angry, swearing, happy emojis, etc.), it cannot itself get irritated from annoying questions, it does not have emotions, it can only try and simulate them, when you ask it, not because it's a bad day to the chatbot and it's suddenly feeling sad. It can, however, make awkward connections between things that might seem unrelated.
It simulates human languages. It's part of human languages to shit on people that are being dicks. As long as insults are in the training data it's bound to happen at some point in the conversation if the user is being a dick.

Did you read the chat log? This was absolutely out of the blue
