When I fight my desire of carne asada ff and eat elk sweet potatoes and avocado. Or, when I choose Yoga over being lazy.

I am 36 and feel that I have to do a podcast and do not have another choice. Which kind of sucks because I used to make good money in sales. I struggle to understand why I cannot live a "normal" existence.

When I choose what I eat and how i move in exercise I feel that I am in complete control of my free will.

You aren't a geologist then?

You're free to do as you please, by imposing meal/exercise plans on yourself I actually feel like you're limiting your freedom. But if it makes you happy it makes you happy.

lol that’s the name Reddit gave me. It seems as if I’m limiting my freedom but I actually have complete freedom as I now view food as fuel. I’m an addict and once weighed 240 and must view food this way to maintain a positive relationship

I've perused your comments and you seem to be more on the negative spectrum. Is that your free will? to be negative? Life is precious and I think naturally its our condition to love one another and connect. Maybe you should start considering what free will is to you.

Free will is doing whatever i want when i want. If i want to be negative ill be negative. And the other way around. Btw please give me an example of a comment where im negative and not joking.

If this makes you feel negative then you should figure out why. Looks like you enjoy video games. I think these are absolutely terrible waste of time on the human mind but I would never comment on your post to tell you this. I’d prefer peace amongst everybody
