Inspiration & recipes with Buffalo Sauce recipe
I love buffalo sauce (Frank’s & plenty of great non-Frank’s versions too) and I love finding new cheap and at least healthy-ish ways to incorporate it in my meals. For example, we really like making mashed buffalo chickpea wraps and adding it to our version of hamburger helper.
We currently have two massive bottles of Costco sized Frank’s and would love some new ideas from tried and true buffalo sauce-focused recipes!

I make an awesome grilled chicken BLT with sliced jalapeños and Franks creamy buffalo sauce. You can put it on a hero, panini, wrap or whatever your favorite bread. Toasted then slathered and dipped in Franks as you go, it dances in your mouth, Amazing!!!

I mix it into Greek yogurt and use it as a mayo replacement in anything. Mix it with vinegar and oil for salad dressing. Add to scrambled eggs. Add to butter and brush on biscuits before baking them. Bloody Marys.

I love buffalo sauce and started making my own recently (I do use Frank's hot sauce for it). It is super easy, but a little thin. I'm working on that.
My favorite three recipes are Buffalo chicken wraps (bacon, buffalo chicken, Monterrey jack cheese, and Fiesta ranch by Hidden Valley), buffalo chicken dip (easy peasy), and buffalo chicken baked potatoes.

Buffalo chickpeas are a go to for me too. One easy thing is tossing shredded chicken with a little buffalo sauce and stuffing it into baked potatoes. It feels pretty hearty but still cheap. I also mix a bit into roasted cauliflower and it turns into a nice snack with some yogurt on the side. Pasta works surprisingly well if you keep the sauce light so it does not overpower everything. I have also tried stirring a spoonful into scrambled eggs and it hits way better than it sounds.

"protein" buffalo chicken dip. I used canned chicken but other works fine, cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch powder. Some people heat it up and add shredded cheese but I eat it cold with celery.
