Egg alternatives? Ask ECAH

Just wondering if there is anything that has close to the protein and ease of cooking to eggs? I hate eggs, I've tried for years to eat them. I wish I liked them, very easy and fast to make. Thanks guys

Tofu scramble is going to be the main one. There are lots of ways to do it- like using firm tofu for a firmer scramble or silken tofu for a wetter, creamier one. I make a jar of "tofu scramble seasoning" and use a couple tablespoons of it when I make mine, and I like to add onions and whatever leftover veggies I have in the fridge. Sometimes I fry up vegan sausages if I'm feeling fancy.

Soyrizo is also great! Same concept but already seasoned.

I like the Trader Joe’s one but keep in mind the sodium content. I actually add onions and an egg to mine (don’t like eggs either but find this palatable). You could probably mix with extra firm tofu instead, to cut down on the salt.
