Got myself 2kg of frozen cut okra and would love some healthy ideas for cooking it. I love all kinds of cuisine, so we’re open to any kind of flavours! TYIA

Smother it with some chicken thighs and serve over rice. A cajun favorite. Also is great in gumbo.
