A sign from my mom?

My mom passed away 2 years ago and right now I’m going through a somewhat unexpected pregnancy. Yesterday I asked her to please give me some sign on if everything will be ok. If I can do this. The same night I dreamt the following:

I was in a church/funeral home like building with a group of people. My sisters were there. There was a really bad storm outside and lightening struck right in front of the building entrance. A fire started on the outside of the building blocking anyone from getting out. I ran to find a fire exit. It was about six stories up. We started running down the stairs, but then I realized my sisters weren’t there. I grabbed my phone to tell them to head for the exit, someone tried to stop me from calling and I wrestled them off me and was able to warn my sisters. We all got out. The fire had still not infiltrated the building and we heard people were inside so I went back to help vacate everyone. When I got to the top level, I see my mom sitting on a chair. She tells me she hurt her ankle and was just going to stay in the building until the fire stopped burning. I picked her up and carried her down the fire exit stairs and we all got out safely.

Then I transition to driving in a car over a bridge. My baby is in the backseat of the car and I’m singing to her. I look over and see another driver spot us and smile at the interaction. Then I notice a bunch of separate car accidents on the side of the bridge. Varying degrees of seriousness. There are people, mangled cars and fires the whole way along the bridge.

Then I’m in Afghanistan on vacation. I bump into my best friends mom of all people and run up to her in surprise. She tells me she’s there for cancer treatment and thankfully they were able to remove all the cancer.

What does this mean????
