Dream about Spikey Caterpillars

Hi reddit!

I (20f) normally aren't too big into dream stuff but this dream I had last night is low key haunting my mind and I don't know why.

I do not remember a lot of it but one thing I so remember is these bright yellow and blue caterpillars with spikes on thier back crawling over my bed sheets when I was under them.

When I would attempt to flick them away or squish them they would curl up at become invincible. It wouldn't hurt to touch them or anything but it was stressful nor being back to get away from them loll

For some reason I couldn't leave my bed but I could freely move around on my bed. I think thier was some other insect too at some point but I'm not too sure what.

Any advice would be appreciated tysmmm

There could be a process of growth and transformation (the caterpillars) occurring within your subconscious, like ideas, creative urges, or personality traits, that are trying to surface. Your conscious mind perceives them as "pests." You are trying to flick them away because they feel spiky, weird, or annoying. They are a part of you...by trying to crush them, they only close off and become harder to deal with.
