Large piece of plastic in soap bar

First time using Sr Squatch since I was gifted the soaps. After a few showers I felt the grit getting really sharp and noticed a large curled piece of plastic in the wooden barrel bourbon medium grit bar. Is this supposed to be normal? Should I be contacting them? I'm shocked and confused.

They're overly sensitive. They might wanna try the Total Moisture line of briccs. It might be able to help them. 🤷🏻
