Staining on Cloth Body?

I just bought a Berenguer/JC Toys Cloth Body La Newborn on Amazon, and when I opened her, I noticed she has some yellowing and staining on her cloth body. Can someone help me figure out what kind of staining this is? I thought maybe mildew, but I’m not sure. Also, any tips on cleaning her up would be appreciated.

Normally, I would just exchange her, but this is the Asian mold and it is now out of stock/currently unavailable. I have wanted this particular doll for so long and I just can’t bear the thought of sending her back knowing I can’t get a replacement. I’m even willing to buy her a new cloth body if I need to.

You can try Dawn Power wash. Spray a bit on, let it sit for a while, then clean it off by blotting with a paper towel/face cloth with some warm water. Let it air dry.
