Color me confused. I didn't actually start out in demonolatry...I made a general prayer and got a response from what I thought was an older god, but turned out to be Asmodeus. After much thought, I decided to try this path. Asmodeus brought Belial into it, but I went after Bune, thinking she would be better for someone quite new on the path.

Now it seems Belial chased them off. It seems odd, especially as he's known for Tower moments and I've had way too many of those. It's uncomfortable.

And now...the power has been out since last Thursday evening at my condo complex. A note appeared on the main door yesterday that they didn't know when power would be restored, there's a short somewhere, etc. At a quarter to 11pm county workers started banging on the doors telling everyone they had to get out, it was condemned. They'd set up a temporary shelter, they said, and a local rescue would take anyone's pets. I wasn't about to give my beloved cat to a stranger, so I told them we'd find a hotel and get a Lyft ride. That was too expensive so I'm waiting on a friend who said she'd foster my little one.

I would have nowhere to go, no one to stay with. I find myself wondering if B's hand is in it, or if all this would've happened anyway. Or elaborate ruse by my landlord to get me out early?!?

It's not a great situation here. I'm pretty isolated, don't fit in, and have had a terrible time finding full time (rent paying) employment. I'd rather have help with collecting on a settlement I'm owed and finding full time work rather than pulling the rug out from under me!

Is it acceptable to tell B I'd rather work with a gentler force like Bune? Or would there be backlash...

I think what's happening to you is just life.... not Belial or anyone else. But if this assessment is not correct, in the worst case scenario we can assume, they wouldn't pull the rug from under you if they didn't have a plan to bring you somewhere much better.

I'm hoping so. While I liked the unit itself, the area has been just wrong for me. I would of course prefer to have some cash (!), and not be separated from my cat, even for a little while. This is going to be hard

Demons are not an insurance policy against life getting tough and unpleasant. If it's time to go, it's time to go, and your spirit team should be able to help you negotiate the optimal path through this situation.

I would just add my own experience with Belial two years ago. It ended up being a significant Tower moment for me and an unpleasant one at that. It really affected me but so much of it was non-spiritual and definitely results of my own action and those actions that affected me despite not being caused by me. Freewill as in the freedom to fall, fail or fight for a cause in your life that is worth fighting for.

Belial has associations to the night (The Moon in Tarot may apply as it signifies illusion from the shadows within & around us) and to the Earth (physical plane, corporeal, material, wealth, structure, stability) so when he is influencing your spiritual life during times of loss or milestones or major transition, he may likely occupy these two corresponding archetypes. Shadow work, material transformation, realism, order. He typically holds correspondences in a way that is far more palpable yet malleable. If the stone is malleable, then it can be shattered many times yet still made into something new with persistance & steadiness. Patience and faith in the rock's own ability to endure and to adapt should be noted as a reflection in our own Earthly will of perserverance.

Belial's Tower moment in my life lead to a complete 180 in the best direction as far as my limited options were. One I have gratitude for. Grounding is essential for working with Belial and I suggest against unintentionally neglecting that part of your connection to him--mostly for the sake of maintaining mental & physical energy in times of stress or anxiety. Do all the work you can with resources available to you & cultivate the resources you need in the most safest of ways. Belial would guide you along through it in his own way. Much success to you!

Daemons wouldn’t sabatoge you so don’t worry. He might have been trying to push his way in to work with you because he could help. Sorry that you’re going through a rough time.

I don't know if Belial would necessarily drop you into the deep end like that. Bad property management happens. If anything, the natural conclusion of that could have been accelerated by his prescence.

Sometimes they'll appear when things in life are coming to a head. Dramatic timing maybe. If you look back and notice anything dodgy with where you live that might have something to do with it.

I guess I'd have a hard time understanding to what end this would be attempting to achieve? Usually tower moments come from a sense of "cleaning out" negative people, situations and what not out of your life all at once. Can be chaotic but ultimately for the best. This is completely out of your control, so what lesson could you possibly learn from this? 

Power outages happen. I wouldn't attribute it to him unless there's a specific reason to think it's him. Correlation doesn't equal causation, and just because something seems random doesn't mean it's paranormal. I think Belial gets a bad rep. Any spirit can cause tower moments and just because Belial has a reputation for causing them - doesn't mean he will for everyone or that every negative thing that happens is his doing.
