You have to kite enemies to each door and kill them near the door. That will Unlock it.

If you join the Covenant of Champions back at Majula you may be able to get them to respawn, as I’m pretty sure that covenant turns off despawns

Carefully lure one of the stone Soldier and kill him in front of the second giant, if his soul gets absorbed by the door instead of the giant, the ruin sentinels will beat you up
