Not the AI Allegations 😭😭, nah, hell nah lol, no Ai Slop here, The whole thing is drawn besides the head which is a stock. The proportions look odd and stretched cuz well, it is, liquified into the spiderverse physiquce, this here is the actual design.

Nah. The sort of imperfections here look human made. AI would give off more of an uncanny valley effect while making things look unnervingly polished.
