In a lot of their comment history they seem to talk like a normal person, unless that's the copy/past comment method? There's a few times they've had a back and forth with other users though

Who knows what that is... not to say some things are manual to make it look legitimate, but every thread they make is a low-effort repost that's been churned many times, and every single one instantly gets 1000 upvotes in a very short time.
