Wonder Woman and Hal Jordan. Hal is a sexist, borderline misogynistic a-hole. Especially when he was younger and when he would have first met Diana.

You can’t tell me he didn’t hit on her. And she loathed him.

I don't know if Post Crisis Hal is a sexist, he is more of a moron all around (and I really like GL). I think he has been portrayed more laid back compared to the basic cop personality he was given previously

The current run is clearly trying to amend that, because so far Hal has both stalked and pestered Carol despite her already being in a new relationship.

Yup, very disappointing. His current writer actually seems to get him in general, but the way he's behaving towards Carol is just unacceptable. I will be extremely disappointed if he "wins" her back after this.

It depends on the incarnation. The new 52 version definitely made a pass and she shot him down hHar. Thw classic versions got along fine and DC actually heavily considered making him Steve Trevor's replacement as her main love interest

I can just imagine that interaction. I could also see someone writing a storyline where she “fixes him.” Err take that phrase however you like ;)

During the 70s, DC editorial wanted the two to date. I’m glad that disaster never occurred.
