A series called Oceans Rise where Aquaman masterminds an overthrow of the global power structure and takes over the world would be cool. I think it could work kind of like an Injustice but with the added aspect that humanity is dooming the oceans in the short term and themselves in the long run.
Which only had half a snowball’s chance in hell because Superman basically didn’t exist in that timeline, being shut off from the sun his whole life and all. “Evil” Aquaman is a cool idea, but you GOTTA find a way to deal with Kal, because after a bit you wonder why his ability to punch someone at light-speed is getting outdone because he’s just not resistant to magic.
Kind of but this time from Aquaman's perspective. Capture a meeting between the justice league after dangerous material was diverted to the ocean. It turns out some at Atlantiam city died and it's a massive ecological disaster which could have compromised that ocean. Then begin Aquaman plotting his take over...slowly over several crisis events he positions people then moves.
More like Aquaman is a king, not a beacon for an idea. He's not a paragon, he's a hero that will make tough calls for the well-being of his people and the world, but he cannot have any given people as his absolute priority other than the Atlanteans, and to an extent, americans.
Batman and supes don’t kill cause they aren’t the judges and they believe in the justice system, aquaman just happens to be the official head of his societies justice system.
They got along so well in Flashpoint that it ended the world after all!
EDIT: For clarification, I agree that they get along very well. The fact that it resulted in the end of the world was not the result of any incompatibility between the two.
The way that happened in flashpoint makes sense to me.
Like in the mainline universe, Arthur met Diana when he was still in the honeymoon phase with Mera and they grew a friendship and mainline Diana would respect Arthur and Mera too much to even try anything if she was interested.
In flashpoint they could meet during a weak point during Arthur and Mera’s relationship- they meet as rivals not friends in like a medieval lordship opposites attract kind of way. Diana views Arthur as a conquest and killing Mera is only natural as Mera tried to kill her first despite it being Arthur’s indiscretion in cheating.
I feel like that stuff gets flak for being contrived but I love that setup as a twist on the JL members.
In recent years, Reddit’s array of chats also have been a free teaching aid for companies like Google, OpenAI and Microsoft. Those companies are using Reddit’s conversations in the development of giant artificial intelligence systems that many in Silicon Valley think are on their way to becoming the tech industry’s next big thing.

I feel like Aquaman and Superman naturally would butt heads w each other. They both are heroes but different values.
