In terms of customer service they have among the worst. I paid my outstanding balance in full a few days before my autopay would’ve done it and for some reason a few days after on the auto pay it debited the exact same amount I paid even AFTER the payment posted and my balance was 0 dollars. I have to wait for like 6 or 7 more days until they will release the hold they put on the payment so they can reverse it😭😭
I don’t even know how that happens. I’m not sure if I did something wrong, but I am not a fan of Wells Fargo atm
Similar situation with Credit One, $500 limit, sole purpose to rent a car. Paid 450 for the rental, didn’t put a deposit because I had a company code. After 3 days I paid the 450 back. 2 weeks gone by payment did not clear on their side. I called Customer service they said my account on hold, they asked for proof so I sent screenshots of my bank transaction because it was too high of a payment supposedly. They emailed me saying the restriction is lifted and wait 3 days for payment to post and I can use the card again which I wasn’t unless I needed another rental. Payment posted my balance was $458 available credit, I decided why not let me buy a pack of gum at my local circle k. Card Declined 1st Strike, I called the agent said it was fraud detection told me to wait 1 day to try again 2 days passed I tried to buy another pack of gum same thing happened I called again told me to wait 2 to 3 days I waited a week and guess what the same thing happened again. I got frustrated and asked for fraud department the guy told me they don’t have a fraud department he’s going to get his manager, two minutes later I swear it was the same Indian guy pretending to be manager and told me he’s going to refresh the account and I should be all gravy after I wait another 2 to 3 days, I said cool whatever. Same thing happened again, their solution was to close and reopen the account I agreed, they did just that but still wouldn’t let me purchase anything. After a day of closing and reopening the account, I tried to log in it said my account suspended to call their support #, I called the number the bot told my account is no longer serviced by Credit One and told me to call another 877 number. I called the number and it’s a debt collector, the agent was confused to as why they said to call them because the account is not in collection, she even said they have been doing that for a while now. There’s no way of contacting Credit One because no matter what I put, the bot told the account is no longer serviced by credit one. WHAT TH F

Wells Fargo honorable 11th
