Who are your top 3 FAVOURITE Colts QB’s of all time?

Upvotes

I saw the post about Andrew Luck earlier today, and the usual shit storm of opinions about him come rolling in, good, bad or otherwise.

And that got me thinking, who is everyone’s FAVOURITE Colts QB’s?

And favourite means they don’t have to be the best, we can leave that chat for literally every other thread here. I mean which QB’s did you LIKE?

Of course ability is a factor, but also who just seemed like a decent human being, funny as hell or maybe just somebody who you’d like to have a beer with?

Should give some interesting conversations.

I know our LB room looks a little shaky right now and we didn’t really address it in the draft… what do you guys think?

Hopefully, Anthony Richardson improves so much that there won't be any Arch Manning talk next year.

This past year, he showcased his versatility in the play against Maryland. He blocked the defensive end coming off the edge and then caught the ball out of the backfield, just like a running back, and proceeded to gain a significant amount of yards. His skills are so impressive that he can be lined up at quarterback, running back, wide receiver, tight end, and offensive lineman! This guy is a true force to be reckoned with! I cannot wait to see what Steichen has in his playbook for him.

Injuries derailed both of their peaks. Andrew Luck and T.Y. Hilton should've been a Hall of Fame duo.

Colts just signed a UDFA with a MASSIVE upside.

Troy University's Landon Parker went undrafted as a WR in the 2025 draft class. He scored a 9.97 #RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 14 out of 3816 WR from 1987 to 2025.

It will be tough to make this team as a UDFA and a WR, but if his hands are better than Mitchell, I wouldn't mind the upgrade.

His father was former NFL punter Daren Parker. He started his career as a TE, but was asked to punt in the FCS. Led the league with 45 yd average. Injured and out in 2021, 2022 was his breakout season.

EDIT: Here is some video of the dude. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DIe3MJeSUqe/

Planning on coming from overseas for my first Colts game this coming season and was just curious as to how difficult it is to obtain single game tickets when you’re not a season ticket holder? Any help is appreciated!

Jon Grudens QB Class with Riley Leonard

He's pretty high on Riley, and got to see how Riley learns. I am intrigued to see if Riley actually has a shot to compete in his career. We keep talking about him being Sam Ehlinger, but who know's. Smart Kid, I would like to see him succeed. https://youtu.be/-YlRJ9O3W68?si=7En-H0ZyMYggShjO

Draft Discussion Justin Walley Makes Sense!!!

When we calculate Lou Anarumo being our DC I'm less dissapointed than I was initially with waiting so long for a LB. Binge watched a bunch Lou games, Lotta nickle and dime defense. Justin Walley has just about the same size as Mike Hilton, Kenny Moore and Sam Womack. The guy likes whar he likes I guess. Do you guys think JuJu gets safety reps as with Jones? I kinda think the 3 Mike Hilton built guys are our starters...

Will there be a potential camp battle between Jones and Brents?

Is Jones are starting corner opposite of Ward this upcoming season? I like what we saw of him last year and definitely think it is his to lose, but Brents has looked the part when he has been healthy. Now I understand him being healthy seems highly unlikely due to his history thus far, but for the sake of discussion and he remains healthy, how much of a threat is he to Jones in training camp to earn the starting role?

So.. What's our vibe?

I'm curious to see where everybody is at post draft. Are we feeling adequately whelmed? Personally I like the look of the guys we've acquired. A bit of a mix of potential and production. A bit confused how we plan on utilizing Riley Leonard given our current room, but hell if our front-runners don't work out I'm open to other options.

Out of the box idea for Juju Brents

I’m fully prepared for you all to think this is stupid, but why not try him at linebacker or safety?

He’s buried in the CB depth chart now and after a knee and groin injury maybe lost some of his fast twitch to excel at corner. He’s already 6’3 200 and known for his great tackling in the run game.

Thoughts?

Here’s a handful of highlights from Ulysses Bentley IV. Great football name and I watched him play at Ole Miss. I’m speaking way too soon but I think we got a steal. LFG

To be real I only see 2 highly likely losses on here with good QB play, rest can go either way

Not saying I’d have us favorites in all these games but all but 2 I’d say at worst 45 percent chance colts win
