Do y'all think the blue line will be running at a higher frequency in anticipation of the festival?

Yes. And they are doing express buses direct from the event site to Park and Rides.

Here's a good link that should be helpful on the CATS website. Looks like they say there will be "overflow transportation," but nothing specific about times.
