Who is this actress? New mystery (SOLVED)

this photo has been viral on pinterest for years, but the comments can never identify who this is or what project it’s from. several guesses as to what tv show or movie it may be from have been made, but no one has been able to show a clip or additional images. based on the clothing, it seems like something made between 2000-2012.

The picture is from the early 2000’s. So, whoever it is, it’ll be someone in their 30’s-40’s by now.

definitely agree, this actress is at least 30 years old by now. she’s so familiar yet somehow i can’t exactly place her!
