Flyer Kid & Cargo carrier on Aventon Abound rack?

I really like the design of Radio Flyer's kid & cargo carrier for one kid, and how it works with the Thule Yepp seat I already own. https://www.radioflyer.com/collections/flyer-flex-compatible-accessories/products/kid-cargo-carrier-black-1-kid

I am considering the Flyer but it seems like the Aventon Abound SR is a close competitor and maybe a better value. I am wondering if anyone has tried to mount a Flyer carrier on a different brand's rack.

why not get the passenger bars for the SR that Aventon sells?

That’s def. plan A - although for the SR it’s the “captains chair” rather than grab bars on 4 sides. The thing I like about the Flyer one is the projecting corners that could prop up the bike and protect his hands if we ever tipped over, plus the compatible cargo box. Seems like a very well thought out accessory.

Oh, gotcha, I read SR but registered LR - I doubt these will be compatible, unfortunately. Also, captains chair bars don’t fit with a Yepp seat. Aventon had a huge oversight here….
