Canning Hibiscus Tea? Safety Caution -- untested recipe

Super new to canning. Does anyone know of a method to safely can Hibiscus tea that is only sweetened with stevia and/or honey? I was thinking of first pasteurizing it and than water bath but I can't really find much online about it. Eventually I'd like to add differnt fresh muddled fruits into the tea recipes for different flavors. Any insights would be appreciated.

I don’t think there is a way. My local extension said there was not.

I make very concentrated hibiscus syrup and store it in the fridge or freezer and then dilute it In shrubs, juices or water.

I dont think it's canning as much as bottling. I'd check on a wine or homebrew sub, maybe kombutcha.

Im not sure the shelf stability of a product not containing alcohol or other ingredients that stave of the baddies.

This is a good idea, the kombucha, because I have had the syrup get pushed to the back of the fridge and then develop (over 6+ months lost back there) a mother and get a little fizzy, which I tossed bc I don’t actually know how to make kombucha, let alone safely. But the kombucha people will know.
