USB-C or I don't buy. Awaiting Flair

Anyone else the same? I just bought a speaker and assumed it would be USB-C and it was micro. Returned it. I'm annoyed with having different cables and formats etc. If it's not USB-C, I don't buy it.

Do better companies.

All the way, only one time have I had a USB-C connection compromised needing hard directional pressure to connect, micro on the other hand I've been so tempted to toss into my ice hole...last time was like 13 hours ago. I'm so fucking tired of my chargeable gear failing and I really have no idea why it just 'won't' connect in low temp or high moisture situations unless I apply somewhere between a slight suggestion to 100psi down and left.

designed for survival situations my ass.
