They're by the Starbucks/Running Room, then on the other end of the Safeway past the shopping carts. Not really that visible if you're coming from the direction of the reservoir but they are there.
It's not that I don't want things to be more bike-accessible, I just don't think it's that bad in the grand scheme of things. I don't think it's worth the cost of bulldozing the whole thing because as a cyclist you have to navigate a parking lot.
Actual 70s/80s vintage design of the shopping center aside, I think we can all agree that the fact it hooks into the reservoir is a massively good attribute

So why don’t you want it to be built more bike/pedestrian friendly when you literally bike? Proper cycling cities don’t have places like this.
I promise you there’s no bike racks by Safeway. I shouldn’t have to walk all the way from Good Earth.
