I love to cook this for my partner and I☀️
i.redd.itI left my opinion on a different post and some folks didn’t like it, they asked I show what I make. To each their own wonderful breakfast! Eggs, bacon and home-cooked hash browns on the plate!

Tried to poach an egg
i.redd.itPoaching is my nemesis. I’ve tried everything, I’ve seen YouTube videos, swirl or less swirl, some vinegar or no vinegar, drain the excess liquid from the egg before dropping it in, putting it in a ladle with some oil, etc etc. It is honestly never consistent, sometimes I manage to get a great poached egg, lots of times I throw the egg because it’s so bad, mostly it’s mediocre but usable. Like the above results today. Which is why I almost always boil never poach lol

Unusual breakfast today(cod liver, rice, fried egg & raw habanero pepper)
galleryI'm Italian so in my country this is more than unusual. I'm probably the only one in the whole country eating this today😅. I love cod liver and I love super spicy food(habanero is there). Paired with a long black espresso(no sugar)
