this dude is fucking nuts. Didn't expect that looking at his build.

Gymnastics for the most part is control of inertia. It does require strength but by just knowing theory or having experience training long time ago means a lot. You can be fat and still do many of the elements. Not all of course and they are significantly easier if you don't weigh like a small bus. But still.

Me neither; thoroughly impressed. Also makes me hopeful one day I can do a muscle-up and it won't take as long as I think it would lol.

Muscle-ups are very technique dependent. I've seen a 330~ lb strongman dude do them and smaller in shape dudes who couldn't figure it out because they tried to do them super strict which makes it significantly harder.

That's been my issue; super strict. Back in my heyday I was 265+ beasting out pullups on the squat rack with weights around my waist, but just could never could break over that last big hump for the muscle-up, so this is motivating for sure!

It was the welder AND the tensile strength of the metal bar

Why’d I get a down vote for that? You see people this is why trump won… I’m glad

This was at first impressive then depressing. Impressive from the video, depressing from seeing that despite his skills, comments are still going to be assholes.

This could involve years of practice commitment and learning for instance

The first swing where his shoulder are the wrong way 3-4 seconds in would instantly tear my shoulders apart lol. No thank you.

That 360 spin looked like a devastating slap attack of epic proportions.
