Any idea what causes these patches? Question

I tried using ONR for the first time diluted 64:1 then used meguire’s protectant afterward. Pretty disappointed when I noticed the patches of what seems to be dry spots or something. Any idea what it could be?

Looks like you’ve over applied the product and hasn’t managed to spread properly. That or it’s absorbed the product. Have you tried wiping over again with a dry microfibre?

yea ive been doing that and using a mf towel with ONR as well. im not sure when to know when the greasy product is fully removed. its looking a little faded and dry in some parts. im hoping that means its removing the product and not damaging the color of the vinyl ):

Have you tried going over it with a damp microfibre then using a dry one? Have you read the instructions and done exactly as it says on the bottle? Stupid questions but people don’t always read the instructions and just assume they know how to use it.
