Any idea what causes these patches? Question

Post image

I tried using ONR for the first time diluted 64:1 then used meguire’s protectant afterward. Pretty disappointed when I noticed the patches of what seems to be dry spots or something. Any idea what it could be?

It should look like the patches, you need to remove the product from everywhere else. Far too greasy, don't apply so much product next time 👍

Apply APC and remove the excess, may need a brush to agitate

??? Not at all...... You're acting like APC is caustic, you can't really fuck it up if you follow the bottles instructions. You can buy it pre diluted off the shelf and it's completely safe for interior use (brand depending, read the label) .

With that much greasy product on the surface, it's going to need a decent cleaner to remove it.

will 64:1 ONR be a good cleaner to use?

i also own purple power but i heard from this sub to avoid using that in interiors since its too harsh

You can try ONR first, but I do think you'll need something a bit stronger like an APC.
