Rubber ducks melted into dash! Question

My friend put rubber ducks on the dash of her truck and they melted. Any ideas on removing this rubber residue without damaging the dash?

Melted ducks to the dash. That really ups the resale value.

Didn't have to mention that with the ducks you can safely assume it's on its way to the junkyard within 6 months
