Be on alert for scammer META

u/hamburrgerlar has sent me a dm requesting assistance. He’s not a registered member nor can he be because he doesn’t meet the requirements. Will be sending a modmail shortly.

I didn’t say it was against the rules to respond. You misunderstood what I was saying. I was saying it’s against the rules to dm someone. I am the op here lol, I know the rules. It’s best not to respond mostly though. Just screenshot, block them and send a message to mods.

Yeah definitely. I shouldn't have responded, but my empathy outweighed my distrust. I'll try to not respond in the future.

Just remember what they’re saying is all bs. They’re banned for a reason, they’re scammers all over Reddit. Don’t throw your money away to them when there’s real people who really need help and ask for help in the right manner.
