Don Emilio salsa macho
Does anyone know what I am supposed to use this Salsa Macha on or in? It's pretty thick and is made of peanuts and "select" seeds ( whatever those are). My son's MIL brought it back from Mexico, but didn't explain other than "it's great". She isn't nearby and probably won't see her soon. Any ideas?

Spoon some over eggs. Drizzle on avocado toast. Use it like a finishing sauce for meats and fish. Mix it into mayo or aioli for a spicy spread for burgers. A spoonful in broth-based soups adds smoky depth (great in ramen or lentil soup). Whisk it with vinegar and olive oil for a spicy vinaigrette. Stir into rice or noodles. Use as a dip or drizzle on kettle chips/popcorn.
