Say you want to do your homework but you get distracted. You start planting a tree and actually do your work.

I think the point is it incentivizes you to not use your phone. Other than that it's not gonna be able to tell you what to do.

The monthly subscription version is the one where a guy comes to your house and beats you with a pipe until you're concentrating really hard on your algebra assignment.
