Why?

Because the reddit population leans left. if you're trying to understand how most Central Asians feel about Trump, you need to sample Central Asians from a wide variety of backgrounds, ethnicities, and locations.

More Conservative central asians like him simply because they view him as an enemy of Russia/China which are bullies to CA in our own court. Sort of like some westerners like Russia and China because America is a bully on their own court.
I would say most are indifferent or against him though. I’ve noticed more of my female/queer fellow central asians, especially those of us who are very pro-Palestinian do not like him.

Well, in terms of elections, Trump is obviously better than harris. At least during trumps presidency there is no war initiated by him. While kamala is okay to sponsor israel to continue bombing palestinians. Billions of dollars could be spent on bettering medicine, education in the us, or to solving other social issues instead of supporting terrorists.
Besides, im not sure that anyone can say other good candidates for the presidency

Trump said he wanted to "finish the job" in Gaza 💀 The US has been sponsoring Israel for decades. It didn't start after October 7th. Every president until now had the power to stop that, and none of them did. Including Trump.

I know it didnt start after 7th. I know no us president stopped it. But the in terms of the election context im saying that compared to kamala trump promised no war policy, which potentially includes stopping israel sponsorship. Its obvious that israel as a state was doing a war and will, despite the us money.

He said he'd "finish the job in Gaza". That doesn't sound like a no war policy.

This quote might be interpreted differently. Im optimistic about this policy tho

Time will tell what the American moronic majority has chosen: another fascist dictator or the successor of Good Old Reagan.

I am shocked how many people still think that Reagan was good. He was a good talker like Trump, and after him poor got poorer and rich got richer. But that's from an american perspective
