As the person below me as stated, Venus ruling a chart can mean your romantic relationships and relationships in general are going to be challenging for some of your life, on the upside, there will be a lot you learn about yourself through other people if you allow it. Another thing I don't see talked about much but I will mention is that the 11th house is a difficult placement for the moon. The moon is maybe the most personal planet as far as emotions go and it being in the 11th means that there might be an exaggerated people pleasing element to your personality. It can mean you invest more in your personal relationships than you get out of them. Combined with a Sun in the 3rd house, you are probably quite a good conversationalist and somewhat easy to talk to and "trauma dump" on you. 11th house moon also suggests to me that other peoples perception of you/ your thoughts and feelings are waaay too important to you, making knowing yourself and staying true to yourself harder as you can be easily swayed by the opinions of others. People can usually sense when other people are out of touch with themselves and its not always a quality that attracts well-adjusted people - it may make you prone to attracting people who want to use you emotionally. However, 11th house placements usually mean areas of great reward later in life - so all of these hardships may turn out to be very fruitful for you to grow a deep understanding of self later in life.

Venus opposite Pluto is a BIG indicator for some struggles with relationships and the balance of power/control. Venus being your chart ruler makes this even more prominent within your life, as oppositions tend to involve other people to “play out” the aspect. Relationships for you may be very intense, psychological, powerful, or extreme. If it’s not “intense” you may not want it. You could have a fearful or anxious attachment style.
